While Christar’s oldest roots reach back over 110 years, as an organization, we recognize the necessity of maintaining a solid biblical foundation with an awareness of the present and a possibility-driven focus. By joining the Canadian team, you could help prepare Christar for the next century of service.
Christar exists because entire people groups still have no access to the transforming love of God. Over 500 Christar members form a multicultural network of ministries in more than 30 counties, cultivating Christ-honoring transformation in communities where He is yet to be worshiped. We continuously watch for the Lord to open doors to create access for His good news, and we seek to join in His work of sharing the life-changing power of the gospel among the least-reached through the witness of an indigenous church.
Whether in our office community or in service abroad, Christar is committed to living out the core values of godliness, the Body of Christ, people, effectiveness and creativity. We seek like-minded individuals, churches and groups to join us as partners in the pursuit of our vision through prayer, financial support, learning and going to live among communities that are still without access to the good news.
