Please do not withhold anything favorable or unfavorable that would enable us to assess the applicant’s qualifications for effective missionary service. As you complete this form, please keep in mind that our goal is to evaluate and prepare applicants for fruitful ministry in some of the most challenging places in the world. Your written comments are strongly encouraged. We know these forms take time, so we thank you in advance. The applicant has signed the following release: In recognition of my right to do otherwise, I hereby voluntarily waive any right or privilege by law or otherwise, to inspect or challenge the content and comments expressed in any letters or recommendation. It is understood and agreed that the contents and comments expressed in any and all letters of recommendation shall remain confidential between writer and Christar.
